My quick easy solution is to just pull out my phone and go.

Google does not care how great your videos are, and most people dont watch them so over production is just wasting time and money.

I use Biteable and love it as does Hannah Williams. BombBomb is another one that is reasonably priced and very user-friendly.

Also, Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD just started an impromptu challenge with videos and you may want to follow the series. 

Don't stand in front of a wall in your office and make a long introduction. You will lose people at the beginning. Make it friendly, use graphs, make it short and to the point. Don't talk in a monotone.

Your database wants you, not pre-made videos.

Your webcam ot iPhone with Videolicious, BombBomb or just straight video text under 1 minute is all you need.

I use video blocks. I can't remember how much I pay annually around $100 or thereabouts. I use their clips and add them to still shots, etc. And I have audio clips membership too. We make our own videos, and my team of virtual assistants make client videos, for listings, SEO keywords, how to, and we also do explainer videos. 

For me personally and for my business, I use my iPhone and take raw footage and do live Facebook video and live YouTube video because that is what is most effective. 

Personally, videos aren't something I like to watch unless they're funny (think OzzyManReviews), a music video or instructing on something (like replacing a fuel filter in the car).  Real estate videos (or some other topic) are just not something I enjoy watching.  I'd rather read the data at my pace.

Now if you had Kate Upton giving the presentation... then we'd be watching!

I use BombBomb . its very user friendly, and is now integrated with Ixact Contact CRM, which use also... It doesn't have to be fancy..and try to keep it under 90 seconds.. people start to lose interest after 1 minute.

Good quality will cost a higher premium, IMHO.  I've looked at Biteable and it just does not work for me.  If I can get past my dislike of being in front of a camera, I feel BombBomb might work well.

I do my own and best to keep them under 4 minutes. If it is going to be longer do a series.

I use Animoto.  It is a great service, very easy to use. The results are fantastic.  They have a library of music to use too.  If you would like to see the results, click here.  This short video on a new listing took about 20 minutes to create.

IMO depends what you want to do and how much you want to spend. We do our own and get very good traffic from them

They're not talking head videos however

Like cell phone videos and slide shows labeled video, biteable.com does make it easy.....and common.....and not as effective as you want.

But the REAL question is. "DO you want easy or effective?"

Effective means:

1 Video is interactive like ESP. At the very least, have annotated call to action within the video.

2, Voice over

3. Scribble.

Since it's a marketing video, not a market report, the need for frequent updates is removed. A  video marketing your business and services is worthy of the investment of your blood, sweat, tears and genius.

Yeah, don't have me do it....  You would be laughed out of the industry
