I like my face to be straight. What others do - it is all good for me. 

Whatever floats one's boat.  I prefer straight ... too much tilt does not look professional to me. 

As Hilary Clinton so famously (or was is infamously) said... "what difference does is now make?" I just don't want pictures to look like they belong in the post office on the most wanted list.

I don't walk around with my head tilted therefore, my photo is the same

  When I started, it was a studio head shot, straight on.  Now we have tilted heads, people with dogs, groups of people, kaleidoscopes, people with their baby, etc.

Never gave it any thought. Mine is tilted here, straight in other places.

I suppose as long as you're a straight shooter with no crooked deals the photo can be to your liking.

There is no rule for your profile to be in a specific way or format, use the one you think shows your best angle.

Last time I had professional pictures I believe they were tilted.  I say what ever works best for you.

I believe it should be straight face.

straight face........ maybe a female's head can be tilted but not a male...

Overall, not so much about the tilt as a warm smile, good lighting, nice background.. and a "naturally" friendly look.  If the tilt makes you look stiff or uncomfortable, then I say do a retake.

I took about 20 selfies yesterday for my profile pic and as you can see Praful Thakkar like yourself I avoided the tilt.

In a waterfall of smiley faces, a 20 degree tilt is irrelevant.

Why not go for this?

Memorable and will elevate in the sea of smiley faces.

Of course one needs to be prepared for the 'bubblehead' comments.

Praful Thakkar Whatever is natural works for a good photo. I used to do some portrait photography in the past and a little tilt is an automatic naturtal response.
