Somehow I knew that Erie, PA wasn't going to be on this list, but we are leading in the "Snow Globe' contest for most snow this season. Yes, we are beating Buffalo, NY.

Actually the Oklahoma City market is better right now than Tulsa although Tulsa is fine. I am selling investment in both markets.

It leaves us out but I look locally rather than nationally. Our market is red hot. We are experiencing a large amount of relocation's moving here for jobs and no income or sales tax. 

Top housing markets? Sure, why not.

Lakeland, along with all the Frank Lloyd Wright architecture comes the sink hole capital of the world. What do you think all of those lakes are?

Deltona is a justified best kept secret.

UT, TN, and WI are underrated.

Don't really care about NAR predictions. Glad other markets are doing well but keep my focus on local.

Stockton and Tulsa are a bit of a surprise to me.

Well, Charolotte has the obvious Military driver. And, I agree with Dallas and Nashville for the obvious trends happening there, but the rest?

What do the claim are the drivers to those other areas?

my personal plan includes NEVER living in any city with the most growth, so I'm good over here.  I like to visit cities, I love to live in the country.

My crystal ball is out for refurbishing!

I cannot speak to the others but Florida has been an attractive location for decades.

Can't speak for the rest of the country, but Charlotte is the 2nd fastest growing metro center according to some analysts, so being in the top 10 is not a surprise to me.

Well, Realtor.com does not have a history of being accurate. I'd ignore.

I know they were last year and many are having inventory shortage problems. Time will tell.

What is the agenda behind selecting these market places?  I would ask that question, and who was the one to give the numbers, and what do the numbers mean.  You can make any conclusion when it comes to statistics, it is the first thing one learns when taking a class in statistics, every professor will tell you that, in no uncertain terms.  A

I am familiar with both of the Florida markets listed and very rarely find buyers that choose to live in either.

Yesiree Bob! I believe it - we are at an all time low inventory here in Charlotte (#7) so, I feel like it will be a few years before we catch up and our market levels out.

We are currently below a 2.0 month inventory so, we have a long way to go to balance at 6.0'ish!

Denver has been on fire for 4+ years, and nice to see Colorado Springs is finally on fire.

I have one friend that just bought in Vegas and I listed a house where the sellers are moving there as well.  Low prices and low taxes.  Can't see why Stockton though.

I am sure they know more than I do about such matters.
