I prefer to be on the listing side. But when I do take a buyer client, I like when they listen to me. They get pre qualifed with a local and trusted lender. They drive through neighborhoods to get to know what they like and do not. When a new listing hits they go see it quickly. When they see something they like, they make a good offer up front. Then there are smiles all around
