I'm a bit confused as to what you are asking. If they are exhibiting on-set Alhiemers? Being confused, not maintaining their homes? I do agree that we must look after our senior population by taking an avid interest in our older neighbors. I had a Realtor friend of mine get a call from a nice older lady who wanted to sell her home. My friend went to home which was located on some acreage. He sat down with her and queried her further as to why she wanted to sell. She said her neighbor had passed away. My friend asked her why that would compell her to sell. She looked at him and said, "He gets my groceries for me." The neighbor had passed away a month before. Poor thing hadn't had any fresh food in weeks! She was alone and didn't know what to do. These are the folks we need to "adopt" in our neighborhoods. Check up on them. Take a look in the Fridge, make sure the power is on. My friend contacted "Adult Protective Services" and they arranged for a caregiver for her. She stayed in her home. 

 If I lived farther south in Florida, where are there lots more retirees than up here in Tallahassee, it might be something I would consider.

I have sent out Fall and Spring checklists for your home and service provider testimonials.  I really respect my arborist and have sent out his contact info with a testimonial after storms. 

All buyers get a list of contractors and vendors I trust

Usually only if they ask. Most of the time during conversation if they mention, i can tell them who i use, who i like and who i may not and why

No, if clients ask I then provide a choice of people I currently work with.

Apparently I am working with a different sector of clients.  As Michael Jacobs mentions ... the topic has not come up. "Affordable" price points in my market are in the $1M price range.

I've yet to be asked after 25 years. I would only help if asked.

I'll always share the information of vendors I tried and respect( not to hurt my reputation for referring an awful service). I do not share vendors I have no experience with.  Yelp does a good job on local recommendations.

1st off, I'd never recommend anything that I haven't tried first. 

Your use of 'affordable home care' sounds like medical assistance for handicapped individuals.

I have never tried any of these products and probably never will.
