Red & Black has always been a favorite of mine...and it expresses RAW better.

The yellow stands out more to me and I would take the black out of the font which makes it a bit difficult to read. Also play with the RE in red.

Red and yellow are proven colors in real estate marketing. Add the black and white and you are really being seen. The font used on the word RAW is hard to read. You might consider a different font.

I'd like to see one flipped where the 'RE' has the color & 'RAW' has the white.

I like red better, but I'd prefer solid (from a former graphic artists point of view)   Or a red background with it being white and black.

Seeing this I am moving to the red. Previously I was a fan of the yellow. I am not a fan of the back inside the red.  I understand the message you are wanting to convey with the RAW ... what I am seeing does not convey it.

I like the font effect. It is contemporary in shatters the 'real estate agent pasta' image.  However, the fonts should match but can be different colors.

In your example, if the background were anything except black/white the effect would be dramatic.

Red is a power color that is used a lot for strength.  I teach a fitness class called Body Pump which is weight training set to music and the required colors are red and black.  The blue and yellow are a bit more soft and perhaps more trusting, although the way you show "raw" denotes a lot of force, which I believe you are going after. Personally, the blue and yellow work better for me for real estate. The black and red are force colors.
