I'm a firm believer that if it's not broken, don't try to fix it.... my marketing plan is in place and I've made a few changes this week to some marketing materials....that's about all.

Nope... and I don't do annual plans. I swore after I retired from the corporate world that I would never again do annual plans... and I haven't in the 25 years I've been in this business very successfully.

When I was actively working, I had annual goals and a marketing plan but strategies were somewhat fluid with the market and technological advances.  One year I got so busy I had to hire 2 assistants.  That changed the game completely in midstream... in a good way, of course.  

Annual review and goal setting usually took place starting in October.
