Yes, I like 35-40 year old male entrepreneurs. Am I being sexist or ageist? TFB! They do a LOT of research, don't like to waste time and are pretty fun, actually.

I prefer working with experienced investors.

I don't have a specific demographic... I work with retirees, young people, single people, families, relocating people, luxury sales, new construction sales, first time buyers... you name it. I like the diversity. But if you were to push me against a wall, I'd have to say my greatest strength is working with relocating buyers and sellers.

young professionals buying new construction.... I love it.... my favorite is to start from the ground.... build it custom.... help design.... make selections....

Yuppies!  Of course I think they're now called Boomers since they'd be in their 50s and 60s by now.  They were in their 20s and 30s in the 80s.

I work mainly with investors and flippers, but I enjoy any demographic where the people have the time, money and dedication to buy homes.  Military and First Responders are some of my favorites, because it's nice to be able to give back to those who give so much for our freedom.

It's not any particular demographic but I do like buyers(and anyone else) who are decisive, have the ability to perform and who are loyal.  Not asking for much, right?   Line forms to the right.   Thank you.

I am bit selective in that regard.

My records suggest identifying a demographic (ohter than they are 'over' the snow thing) would more likely be counter-productive.

I don't discriminate - at all - but, I have to say, I LOVE retiree sellers! I so enjoy 'taking care' of them and working with their families also.

As for buyers - I enjoy all of them - variety is the spice of life!

I take everyone, no discrimination in there. But I do like working with investors and out of country clients. 

I work with all as long as they listen and can make a decision.

It seems a major share of my business is divorced or widowed women over 65 years old--and usually much older.  Often times, as sellers, they have lived in their homes for 30 years or more.  When they are buyers, they have the specific needs of people who are 'not getting any younger.'  I have a lot of compassion for people who are making a move after being in one place for so long.  It isn't easy for them and I try to help them make a smooth transition.

Like Michael Jacobs I like well-quallified buyers who know what they want and are decisive. I enjoy first time buyers.  As far as sellers, it has to be those who do all the right things to sell, and who are serious. I enjoy all demographics.

 These are my niche groups and they bring me joy to serve. Sometimes, one client is all 3!

Investors, they tend to gravitate towards me rather than me seeking them out. They are more often than not repeat clients.

While I don't have any particular demographic I will say I like engineers and accountants.... could be I long for the days of pocket protectors and slide rules!  The real reason is they are at ease with facts, figures and logic!

experienced or previous home owners is a preferred group I wish to work with. To expect first time home buyer to come up with 300K saving is a lot to ask for.
