Paper checklist and google calendar.  Works well enough for me.

I have a TC. I maintain my own checklist, plus online and hard copy folders. The brokerage is just starting to use Brokermint which has tracking so wil check into that, too

I have my own form -- kinda old school.   

I use zipforms and I send a text message or phone message to the other agent so they'll be on the look out for my document.

I use a program called appfiles it keeps track of all information from beggining of a transaction to the end.

I have used a TC and a checklist since my 4th transaction in 2000. I did the first 3 on my own to get a handle on it, then realized my time was worth more; TC tracks it, I act on it and review it with my clients.

I use Outlook for my calendaring system.  All my files are paperless. I've created my own checklists which work in conjunction with Outlook.  

Deal file with critical date list on inside front cover. Hard copies. Duplicated in an online folder and CRM. Backed up to an external and the cloud. I always have several ways to find something.

None of those. I pretty much on auto-pilot for my transactions. Everything is uploaded to appropriate files on my computer and into my company's onb-line record-keeping service.

My CRM does that, as does ZipForms.

I'm paperless so I use Microsoft's OneNote where I have my own template checklists, and I can also set up reminders in Outlook from OneNote.  My brokerage uses Paperless Pipeline to store our files and that has checklists and reminders, too.

Yes, ZipForms is extremely official and I like it. Also I set ICal notifications for major deadlines and follow up with vendors and clients.

I have an Excel spreadsheet that I built, like a project sheet, put in a few parameters about the transaction and it calculates every single step in a timeline with dates, start-to-finish, finish-to-start.

My CRM has this covered.

I always used a deal folder....everything was documented.... every conversation (especially with new construction) was documented on the inside cover....the folders were in alphabetical order with buyers names first....they would be the next seller!! always at my fingertips.... filled a file drawer each year .... had 8 file drawers.... shredded after 8 years....

A written checklist inside the transaction folder makes rapid updates and changes much easier.

I shy away from ANY transaction software that allows others a view into my trade secrets or the ability to seize the ownership. They  get to see the final product ONLY.

I use a spreadhseet on Excel... I identify them with a "S" or "B" and have 4-5 columns with name, address, date of sale, closing date, gross commission, net commission, and HST paid.. Workd very well for me.  When I get my statement at the end of the year from my Brokerage I compare to make sure I got everythng right for my accountant.

I made a very intense Excel spreadsheet years ago to track, and still use it every day.    I use my Google calendar for dates, but also we have the ability through our CTM e-contracts to remind us about the dates.
