No, I delete all my spam and junk but set COO-time-blocks aside with the phone off to power through emails a couple times per day. My main point of contact, especially for escrows is email, so mass deletion ain't an option.

Yes... it's very therapeutic. Not quite so as cleaning a closet, but a close second!

No, but I do a triage of it daily, only taking on the important stuff.

I dump my trash daily and emails responded to, but only delete the rest of my emails from my phone, never from my computer.

I've gotten to the point a few times where I clear out everything past a certain date. Every day is a matter of setting priorities, so I'd like to think the "important stuff" is always dealt with.

Yes. Overwhelm may cause us to do that. We feel like we are doing something ... the list will always be there. Better days ahead.

Nutsedge is a battle and you need a plan of attack to win that war. It loves wetness so start there. Tons more information online. For the rest of the bullet points tackle them one at a time and before you know it they're gone.
P.S. You are in command of the email click away as you will. The mouse is not judgmental.

All of those and more are frequently on my list. I don't just delete all emails since I save a lot of stuff in gmail. I do unsubscribe to lots of stuff and try to reduce incoming emails. I start early to get things off my list. This morning I was at a house before 7am waiting for the sun to rise so I could take some photos. I find that the sooner I address emails, the less I worry about them.

Annette,
Sometimes doing the meaningless (so it seems tasks ) is actually the best thing you can do. After that things align. A

No, but I do end the year with a couple hundred unread emails. Usually just stuff I said "oh that's an interesting marketing piece, I'll read it later"

I know you've got a LOT on your plate right now, Annette! I don't believe I would ever mass-delete though - so many important pieces of transactions are conveyed via email! Good luck getting through that without distractions - that seems to be my biggest PITA every day - darned emails! LOL
