we create our own brochures for each property.... and our professional photographer takes all photos and provides a virtual tour and 3D tour....

Our MLS "Sort of" makes videos automatically but not really "good videos" I am not aware of a service that does this "automatically" and I'm not sure an automatic one would be a good thing... 

But interested to hear if anyone else has something to look at

We put together the flyers, etc. with ListingsToLeads or RealBird & hire a videographer to create a walk-through tour for each of my listings.

In Miami we have Property Panorama. 

Great tool. As Valeria said, when listing is not active - video is inactive as well.

Our association of Miami does it, after listing is closed - no video. :(

I like Realbird.  Tried listings2leads but wasn't impressed.

I never do anything "automatically" that way. No one size fits all and I prefer to customize my marketing for each listing... and that is one of my value propositions to my clients.

We have used YouTube and also Fiverr (happy to send a referral link) in addition to being provided some by our photographers.

Our MLS owns our photo's so there would have to be an alternative

I do my own videos and flyers from the professional photos provided by my photographer.

YIKES!!!! And why pray tell, would you ever do that? This is the lazy way to syndicate your listings, it also does not help your SEO, and it certainly does not impress the sellers. Your videos need to be made either by you or someone else and not slapsticked put together by automation software. Who would be attracted to that? 

There are differert portals your listings need to be on to get your listing more exposure. But you must customize the listing to fit into each of those platforms. There is even correct sizing for different social media platforms that you need to be taking advantage of. 

YOu want the best SEO for your listings too. This will help you not only get more qualified buyers to view your listing but you will also get more listings if you set it up correctly. 

Your seller will love his or her seller reports when you learn how to get your listing on 7 out of 10 spots on page one on sites that you actually took the time to post to. Katerina

I have reviewed quite a few automated services and been impressed with none of them. I would follow Danielle O'Brien advice. Create a process(pict count quality and format with a lose content creation guide) find a guy or gal on Fiverr or upwork and you should be able to create and post high flyers. Dump the idea of automated videos. You Tube is too valuable. Collect data like proximity schools, churches who built the homes is a neighborhood how many did they build, what materials did they use and what average square footage of the homes are. Appreciate rates for the last 10 years + personal insight crammed into a 5-minute walk or drive by video has a great chance of branding you as an area expert and generating leads over time. Automated does not.

My MLS only creates flyers and they are very basic. It's better to get your own software.

A gyrating slide show is not a video. Image streams and video loops with natural sound/ 60 frames per second are two different animals. Don't make your busy buyer sit through left over images recycled to waste their time calling the slide show video. They feel cheated and bolt from your website or social media link. David Martin makes a good point.

eEdge does some of this for me.

One can not use these tersed images for other use. They are often rejected by lenders for poor quality as comps at 60-70 kilo-bits.  The resolution is OK to view it on device and barely on small monitor.  A 14 inch monitor has a 1 mega byte pixel resoultion and they take way too long to down load.  These are small or basic images at 1-2 mega bits.  You constipage the information highway.  Viewers can not download high quality images that are often required to produce flyers.
