Ready to purchase without reservations. Able to pay -loan approved. Willing  to make the purchase and close on the deal. 

Pre-approved, motivated, knows what he/she wants, ready to make a quick decision, does not need to sell in order to buy.

A person actively seeking a realtor to help them find the property they need and want with the cash or mortgage preapproval to effect the purchase.  New home sales are a huge area of interest here in Palm Coast and these buyers only need to be actively looking because the new homes are offering very competitive financing all arranged by the new home developer. 

One with the money and a realistic expectation.

Ready means just that, they have decided to buy. Willing means just that as well, they are willing to buy when they find what they are looking for. And last and most important... they are able to buy, they have the case or are pre approve for a mortgage.
