Can you use the GIS function from your county?They use Esri and Bing aerials (at least ours does) and show the lot lines, distance, even the zoning. I thought your county was the other one besides ours that has great County GIS.

Copy the photo to a file in your computer, then use MS Powerpoint to set your boundaries. Be sure to eliminate any Google logos before publishing.

Sorry, not much of a google earth guy.  I use Terrain Navigator Pro which has some addons that might cover your use.

I use this program all the time for sharing with clients, social media and in blog posts.

I would never load that program on my phone. It takes a ton of memory & I'm not sure you phone would run right. Our assessor has just what you are looking for right on their site - check to see if yours does. Lot lines drawn with tax ID #'s right there.

The only thing I know is that if you try to draw a line of sorts in G Earth, it measures your mark.  Click to unclick so so speak.

I typically use a program called ZeeMaps.

I usually ask my title guys to do so, since they indicate exact boundaries and I do not need to be liable for  any mistake.

John DL Arendsen Unfortunately Google dropped the parcel layer which identifies property lines effective January 1, 2016.

this is why aerial photography works well.... one can provide a closer view...

There are apps for that these days. I use our county website most of the time, but those lot lines aren't always 100% accurate.

I'm not and I don't sell vacant land...maybe Southern California Land Man Endre Barath, Jr. knows.  

My title company has provided such information for properties when requested.  Is that an option?

Have you tried drone photography, John Mosier?

You're not allowed to snag images or you will run into copyright issues.

I use the mapserver. The maps aren't as clean as Google maps but it's good enough to get you close.

Take a screen print and use a paint program - problem solved

I can't help you are that. Many mobile apps do not have all the functions of the PC's or MACs.
