If this happens every time, I think the universe is telling you not to get those burgers at the drive-through! 

PS, and no this doesn't happen to me - I can't remember the last time I was at a place with a drive through. Except the bank.

I find that when you are in the most hurry is when the service is the slowest or people cut in line, etc.

No... I'm never in any drive-ins for food or banking. But if they cut in on me in a queue watch out!

When you need to get somewhere quickly, expect it.

No, I haven't purchased food from a drive-through in 16 years. I eat healthier than that these days because my bride is a health coach on the side. But, I do manage to get behind the guy with all day to drive through San Diego when I'm running late. 😡🙄

I typically go in, and wave to the people in the drive thru as I leave before they order or get to the pick up window, that were there before I went in to order.

Oh, don't you hate when people break in line - so rude! And, it always seems to happen when you're in the biggest hurry.  

Then they order something that needs to be prepared !

No, but last night I went by Hardee's and to my surprise there was a band playing inside the restaurant.! There were no parking places and all the seats were occupied.  That was a first!

I would not try it if I knew I only had 10 minutes.

I never go through  any drive-through unless it's the bank. The universe is telling you to stay away from those burgers!

No!  I cannot remember even going to a drive through anything.  I agree with Kat Palmiotti 

Yes, everytime I go somewhere it's busy and when I'm done or leaving, everyone is leaving, too.

When you are in a hurry, it never fails, someone on the road in front of you is doing 10 miles UNDER the speed limit, or someone pulls into the drive thru in front of you.   SO SORRY.

I actually did that to someone once and it really upset them.  They were swearing and gesticulating.  I bought their food.  They then turned into very appreciate, apologizing people.

Very rarely do I go to drive thru.  Hate sitting there! I will go insode for a snack or drink. Usually faster.

It is a lesson in patience and we get many of these little lessons each day.

How irritating! In the New York area, it happens with precious parking spots and that gets the ire going.

Lately I have been lucky enough to walk right up or pull right up before the crowd.  Hopefully that luck continues.  But yes, I have been where you are more times than I want to count.

I do not use drive through....But it sometimes happens when I want to grab a parking spot in the busy area and I'm not happy! :)

For me, the experience is whichever line I get in, I will be the last in that line and it never moves.

 No junk food, no drive-throughs.  Life is better without either.

I don't do drive through food, Dennis Swartz . But if the story is people are more inconsiderate than they were in the past, I agree!!
