Absolutely correct! I have been an athletic person my entire life thanks to my dad. By that I mean participating not sitting on a couch watching it on tv.
I have also been a gym rat since I was 14 years old and even go when I am on vacation.
I spend a tremendous amount of time OUTDOORS. Be it walking the beach, digging and planting (constantly) in my gardens or just floating in my pool.
Food & proper sleep are also huge! Massage and chiro are also factored in monthly. Plus yearly physicals and dentist every 3 months. Everything is connected! Happy and healthy

Absolutely, and yes we stay active. We practice Yoga, we jog every other day, we play tennis, and we eat healthy. And when the tourists leave we walk on the beach. We also meditate, and do not watch TV except for sports, PBS and movies. We don't take drugs of any kind, not even aspirin. A

Boundaries by having a regular day off and a regular "sorry we're closed" time of day, each work day-down tools by 7 PM.
Then: portion controlled meals, Gym X 3 days, Hike X 3 days, read The Good Stuff, Listen to The Good Stuff, avoid "Negative Nick and Debbie Downer", do not watch the news except for PBS and work on a good marriage.

Regarding staying healthy - I religiously get some form of exercise at least four days a week - running, jogging, walking, hiking, biking (well, my bike needs some TLC), rowing, etc. Parking far away from front doors. Taking steps instead of elevator. And trying to eat relatively healthy. No meat three days/week. No desserts. Not too much bread.
Regarding being productive, managing my calendar seems to be the best way to stay productive for me. Get up early, spend a few hours doing specific work, then exercise, then appointments/etc.

I eat "clean" and I workout 6 out of 7 days a week....my workouts consist of weight training....I lift "heavy" once a week...my max is 200 pounds dead weight off the floor...... the other days I do "training weights" of less than 150 pounds.... sets of 10 reps....
this is a method of practicing discipline...it takes focus to lift that amount and discipline to work it everyday....
I work online every day.....

I balance out my Capital Grill & Ruth's Chris's sizzling steaks with healthy at home foods and a cooler full of berries, grapes and other good things in the car. There is room to improve and I realize the importance of health...a handful of my family members are in the health field.

Great question as some of the peers who I started with in real estate have passed on. A few of them due to serious health issues.
I've worked out since I was 14. I have been mindful of my health but more so since I am in real estate.

Lets see.....staying healthy
1. Never eat the whole pizza.
2. Buy only liter containers of diet Coke.
3. No smokes after noon.
4. The Pizza Hut buffet is a great value.
5. Binge watch Nina and X-games and big fat loser while munching popcorn on the recliner.
From what I see surrounding me that appears to be the formula.
For me, 25 miles a week on the trails, 2 hours a week in bone stress agony, and watching fat cry is more like what I do. The key thing is, do those things you believe you can not do, in the environment you control, to confirm to yourself you are FULLY ABLE.
Now apply FULLY ABLE to your work.
