Waking up is always a good highlight and 2nd would be that "Ah Ha" moment of realizing I have a lot to praise God for.

Started my day with breakfast in the park with my homeless friends, then off to check out homes and show homes.

Viewed some great homes at the open houses, and a really poor foreclosure that may have rotted on the market too long.

And met a student and her family at a rental on the way home, I suspect that her application check will go well.

The whole day is a highlight, and as is this moment.  A

My mother's happiness on her 88th birthday when we all showed up at her door.

A flirty smile from my bride, a call from my son- from college, a rambunctious puppy attitude from my dog Peroni. I've got everything I need in my bride, my son and my pooch. Life is good, when everything you've got that makes you happy... has nothing to do with what you bought.

Visiting Dinosaur National Monument. And to make it real estate related, John got an accepted offer while sitting outside with Roy while we were at the monument. Not a bad day. -Kasey

  The Perseids meteor shower tonight... if the bright moon doesn't wash it out.

Dolores and I had a fine afternoon. An excellent lunch, craft beer tasting at a brewery and then shopping at three farm markets.

Depends what I do for that day..I enjoy trips to the library, a good meal while watching a classic, many a good read, conversation, giving, receiving & life

90 Minutes to go on the West Coast....Anticipation...it's not just a Ketchup commercial or a Carly Simon song.  

Today's highlight was matching 3 numbers in the MegaMillions drawing! I won $5! It's significant because I never, ever play the lottery but last night I stopped for gas and gave the cashier $20. The change was $3.00 so I bought 3 MM tickets on a whim.

Our oldest son graduated with his Masters in Accounting today. We are so proud of him.

Today? my highlight is shutting this computer and sprawling out in the sun...

My 14-year-old son settled down and watched an episode of America's Funniest Home Videos with me.

Waking up, it means I survived another day

Waking up to a moon light filled backyard and jumping in my warm pool.(morning highlight).

My son arriving in town to spend a week with his wife and my new fur-grand-baby!!

Usually it's because I woke up and that God has given me another day. 

Attending a funeral.... but I don't know that I'd qualify that as a highlight, although the memorial service was quite lovely.

Waking up with positive thoughts for the day.

There were many, which included time with family, excitement about a future change, a lease signing for my rental listing, a nice dinner out with friends, time with some buyer clients, stepping on the scale and seeing I did not gain weight with last week's mini-vacation, a great jog in the morning, time enough to read my paper, a phone call with my Kansas based son....

I negotiated today a commercial lease for a large beautiful office, it was a long difficult negotiation for a start up company. Keeping fingers crossed for finalizing documents.

I try to stay positive about all my challenges and highlights of each day. But I do enjoy handing the keys over to a new buyer!

Today, it started with having my first cup of tea, walking around my garden picking fresh blackberries as my breakfast. And my dog Daisy picking some from the lower limbs. How good is that?

My highlight for today has not come, one more late Sunday showing then an ice cream and swim in the old pool
