No, I ignore all of that stuff, people get weird feelings about lots of things, most of it likely has nothing to do with the property.

Last house with a ghost was a rental. The tenant finally asked " Have you or anyone else ever mentioned seeing anything out of the ordinary in this house? I said " Maybe, it's probably just the owner, Bud. Then I said, " don't tell me, let me write something down first." I wrote, "In master bedroom, a man gets out of bed, walks to end of bed, then stops and looks a you, then he walks across foot of bed towards the window facing the road, then disappears". I folded it, gave it to her, then told her to tell me what she was talking about. She said "a man gets out of the bed, walks to the foot of bed, stops and looks at me, then walks over to the window and disappears."  I said ok, open paper and read what I wrote. She starting laughing and was relieved, and said, " Oh wow, I thought it was just me" No, it was owner the "Bud", who had died, and was probably just checking on his wife. Nothing to worry about.

Yes I have.  The owners were Chinese.  They hired a Chinese Buddhist Priest to do a ceremony on the home where he chased the ghost outside.  The home then had to be sealed for 3 days so the ghost could not come back in.

There is /was commercial building like that in one of the good streets in Los Angeles.  It has a tale attached to it, where the owner was killed in his bar in the building in a gunfight.  He haunts the building. A

I've been in houses where the 'unexplainable' happened.

However, I have never personally helped in the sale or purchase of a house with a reputable status of HAUNTED!

We have listed some where I swear the spirits were not ready to let go of it...and I have had people with unexplainable events in their homes...it has an intrigue for some people....don't let it "scare" you Andy !
