We use Hootsuite strictly for Twitter. I do a lot of autoposting to Twitter.
I use ReCurpost for Twitter postings also.
But for Facebook I only use our virtual assistants and myself to do our natural postings and all our engagment is human to human.
I do subscribe to CityBlast for Facebook, for our biz pages and personal pages to keep things moving along when I am busy or can not get to post every day.
There is some evidence that when you post to Facebook from Buffer, Meet Edgar, Post Planner, Hootsuite, etc- that FB does not show to a large organic reach compared to posting directly to FB.
There is an interesting exception to this observation:
If you post to Instagram first, then share that Instagram post on your FB account, Facebook shows that to a much larger organic audience.
Hmmm, and how owns Instagram:) ?
For huge companies that have huge followings, 10,000 + followers, they can get away with using automation posters because their reach is so huge but for those under that, I strongly suggest to post manually and organically.

I'm with Nestor & Katerina Gasset - do it yourself. Only YOU know what your market wants - a national company in CA doesn't know what our market is like here in NC and what our visitors find useful at any given moment in time.

My experience with CityBlast was TERRIBLE. They posted a LOT of pictures that were eye-catching and interesting but they smothered what I was trying to do to publicize my listings and the neighborhoods of my focus. I wish I had never used CityBlast.
My goal with my Facebook is to prove that I am a neighborhood specialist and the goals of CityBlast do not line up with mine.
It is my conviction that all relationships fail when goals do not line up.
I only do manual posts to Facebook.

I have a homemade service designed from what I have learned on AR over the years. Much of it starts with a blog post, video, or photo shared across the various social media platforms.

My tip of the day: Do NOT allow anybody to post on your Facebook account. Posting generic real estate news will do nothing positive for you.
If you find something interesting with a local angle then post it yourself.

David we have a system in place that starts with AR and then it gets tweated, g+, FB (multi-pages) and LinkedIN. It is working really well for us once we figured out what worked and didn't work. We did miss the boat per se early on as it was a steep learning curve. I do NOT like the 'canned' posts that I see lots of agents using - I see the over and over and over. That serves who?

I've used Hootsuite in the past. It did OK but the free version was limited. I'm considering going to a paid version. I would like to have a program that I could post one time and it would syndicate to all my accounts (facebook, instagram, twitter, google+, etc.) I would also like the ability to set up a week's worth of posts and schedule them.

I use Friends+Me because it posts to your profile page on G+. This is the only one that does.
I've used Hootsuite & like that also but does not sync with G+.

David Martin - I do not use any service for managing my Social Media. Still not the platform where I expect to get a lead.
