Never ever ever change your links.
When you change your link structure, you are signaling to Google that you know about linking techniques for SEO. That is against their TOS, to manipulate the SEs. Of course, all of us are in essence manipulating the SE, but don't do things that are obvious like changing links.
The catch 22 to that is, google hates broken links. And so if you have broken links you will most likely lose rankings.
What you should do is add a sentence at the bottom of your posts to your new site telling people it is your new website.

You can edit any old blog post by clicking on the edit pencil and highlighting the old link, go into the editor and look for the chain icon. Click it and add the new website location on the top line. You can change the link reference on the second line while this window is open. Save your work.

If you have a support team and give them the path to the blog posts they should be able to help you from the backend. BUT - If you don't have a support team you will have to go into each blog and change the domain of each address. I had to change esedona.biz to sellsedona.com on all my posts.
You also might be able to park your previous domain on your website or just link the entire blog to your new website.
One of these should work. Try your support team first.
Also - If your domain didn't change, the links should not change.

The simplest way is to keep the old website and forward everything. But even that isn't easy.
