yes...a tenant left one at one of my properties .... I called  a local scrap yard and they came to the property with big smiles and removed it....sold the metal...

Yes I have, after 6 months of paperwork I was able to attain the title and sell if to a scraper for 250, not worth the time.

Yes, that happened on one estate listing.  My husband was a car guy and could have restored it. Still, I wouldn't take on something like that due to the possibility of it coming back to bite me as a conflict of interest, regardless of the circumstances.

I have and now our local ordinance will not allow towing without a police citation issued to the vehicle owner. If you tow without it, you get the citation.

WE had them in the REO market. RV's, Boats, Cars, Trucks, Motorcycles. Big pain in the butt to post and store, send notifications, blah, blah, blah. We had a big Troy Built high weed mower the size of a tractor sitting on a junk pile. I took it to my small engine repair guy and $150.00 later I had a gorgeous running machine! We had a dward pony trailer once! Big one (for dward ponies that is).
