Have you already found a home you want a loan on? 200k sounds like a rent/lease Manufactured Home Park Community. That's a little more challenging as most banks want to collatteralize with real property not rental. If it's a resident owned community there are plenty of lenders who do them if your home meets their parameters and guidelines

Ask John Meussner or Caroline Gerardo - they are in CA and may have a referral for you if they don't loan on manufactured homes. John DL Arendsen works with manufactured homes and may also have some referrals for you for lenders.

Yes, you can get a loan for a manufactured home.  There are some requirements the property has to meet, but in general, you'll have FHA options (low down payment) or several portfolio options (generally require larger down payment than FHA)

I have someone in my database and few communities in the area. My client a handyman bought recently a 2br mobile house in Reseda park for 100k I believe, it has 3 parking spaces. He is happy since he could not afford even 1br condo.  He remodeled it and it looks beautiful now. 

We sell quite a few manufactured homes in our area. I will check with my lender and post if they could work with you.

Looks like there are a few promising leads here...

May be similar in CA as NH, but here credit unions and local banks loan freely on manufactured homes.
