the day is not nearly done, lots of things yet to be checked off.

Anna, I working on my computer and my wife just cruised by with Ben and Jerry's, so good. My list is in my Brain, plays over and over each day. Check escrows, new buyers, make sure their happy, potential listings, then marketing.

Go over my calendar with my dog and get her approval.

the end of my day is when the last blog post has been created and posted....there are many sites to service!!

Have a drink, spend time with the family, and maybe watch a show or read for a an hour.

I typically fall asleep on the couch watching something stupid on TV.

I do nothing. I work all day... finish my day... start again the next day. Years ago I found that to be more effective than wasting too much time on writing and rewriting lists. I rethink my priorities first thing each morning.

I plan my day early morning. At night if I'm very tired, i usually listen to some audio and count my blessings:) 

I review my daily to do list and prepare a new one for the next day. Unfortunately there is usually some carryover.  Or maybe it's just a work in progress.   Stuff happens(and sometimes it doesn't happen enough).

Log in to AR while listening to cd's my office manager loaned me.  Have a large ice water sitting here and unwinding.  

Normally it's pretty simple - I edit my To Do list for tomorrow. Hopefully I got everything that was critical done!

A glass of wine and then a check over of tomorrows list of things to do. 

I have been working on listing paperwork, home inspection negotiations, closing date extensions and sending paperwork to buyers. It is just more to my average work day but I am almost finished.

Just had an investor in from Tel Aviv today and tomorrow one comes in from California so reviewing gthe inventory list and making a schedule.

The assistant prints out the list of transactions-in-progress from the CRM every morning. We have a brief meeting (15 minutes) to review any developments since yesterday that require new tasks to be entered in the system. The detailed tasks to be done reside in the CRM (mostly populated per transaction when the transaction was initially created, with predefined action plans). We then easily prioritize what needs to be attacked during the day. The list is the backbone of the day, and easy to review at the end of the day. As tasks get completed, they are checked off in the CRM. In the early AM next day the CRM emails all of us what was completed the previous day, what is due today, and what is overdue. Easy to start the new day without going nuts!

My Tuesday assignement is to greet the HVAC guy to service our equipment while Dolores is on the golf course.

I have my The Essntial Daily Planner for real estate agents   success in 10 minutes and fill it out atat the end of the day!

I do create a to-do list for the following day and try to organize my phone calls, emails, and showings for tomorrow Anna Banana Kruchten, CRS

All leads worked, appointements set and step away from the 'puter

I make daily objectives, and write them down on piece of paper. Put that paper on my laptop on my desk - first thing I see in the morning.

I also have weekly and monthly objectives. Those go into my Outlook calendering schedule. 

Also, Cortana works for me. So, I ask her to remind me on specific days to do very specific tasks. And she's very good at it and darn persistent.

Check my to-do list and update tomorrow's

I make a list which includes my appointments, things to do and people to contact. I look up addresses to make sure i know where i am going in case gps is wrong which happens. 

Review today's to-do list and create tomorrow's. 

Performance review of my day around 6-7 PM then- down tools. Then a quick review of tomorrow and add any new tasks to the list and re-prioritize the list.

Touch base with the important people in my life. Clean my desk. Relax a bit.

Wrapped up the day about 7PM with tomorrow's list in-hand! The calendar is blocked and my A-List is always a top priority - in fact, my lead assistant (hubby) fussed at me about an hour ago for not getting all 10 A-List calls in today! LOL It's Monday - I couldn't get ahold of everyone and I don't call it a 'call' unless I've actually spoken with them by the end of the day.

More on my to do list and not many have been checked off.

Mr Banana has not answered my eMails about his airplane biz.
