The best platform is what you are happy with and works for you.  We like our "i" products, because of their superb service and the way they have treated us all along, and we love that their service is equally superb regardless of what city we are in, US or overseas.

The right Charlotte REALTOR!

I'm an Apple gal - everything syncs, everything runs smoothly and I'm not sure of the numbers but, I believe more people use iPhones so, there are many apps that we can share with our clients seamlessly.

I have some who have Androids and I can't forward/text them a contact card - I have to open the contact and cut and paste. They also have issues with DropBox links for some reason.

If you use your phone a lot in this business, it needs to be seamless in my humble opinion!

A moving experience!

I've heard good things (and bad) about both.  I can tell you that I have used an iphone for the last 4-5 years, and except for the cost (they are unreasonably expensive) have been very happy with their functionality, and use.

There are more apps available for the iphone than any other platform.

We went all the way Apple and Mac back in 2008 and never looked back, the only thing we ever said was, 'what took us so long?"

iPhones, iPads, iMac, MacBook Pros.

We are now among those super Apple fans:)

I have an iPhone7 Plus. Nestor has an iPhone 6 plus until the 8 comes out.

I have the iPhone 7.

As a result I have not knowledge of the other vendors.

I live in fear that a glitch in the app or phone or carrier or distribution or malware from Russia or N. Korea or Iran can put me out of business for a time.

ALL of our real estate business is becoming dependent on wireless with no backup or alternative options.
