Yes, Paul.  My business is golfing and now I'm having to get up early so I can get my round finished before the heat of the afternoon.  Life is hard sometimes.

It's definitely impacting my desire to go outside.

LOl what heat! It's another balmy day in Phoenix! Seriously it's cloudy with a touch of rain drops so I am loving it today! I will be way happy when it's back in the 70's/ 80's for next 9 months, just saying!

No just the high prices in Denver.  Making it hard for people to sell and buy replacement homes.

I'd say earlier in the summer (for the Chicagoland area) ... yes.  Now I'm seeing the "back to school" malaise setting in.  Families are finishing up summer vacations and busy getting ready for school.  Even for those already within the process of buying, I'm seeing longer response times for calls and communications ...

Not directly.  It is affecting me.  Yesterday it was 96 degrees.  I had back to back appointments from 11:00am through 4 pm.  I made the mistake of not hydrating ... and I left the house with only coffee in my stomach.  I paid for that when I finally got home.  

Although it's been hot, I'm still able to grip the steering wheel of my car -- so far, at least.   Time again for a cold shower.

  Keep the AC running on full blast, and enjoy Florida.  Business is booming.

no....it hasn't been that hot....we've had alot of rain this summer....it's august and I've only used my irrigation system a few times....

No more than it always has Paul. I used to check the temperature and think that's not too bad. Now we hear about the "feels like" temperature and that one is unbearably bad at times. The higher the SEER the happier I am!

However, business will come to a screeching halt the moment NOAH announces a hurricane headed for Florida.

Our folks in the woods are not enjoying the heat and humidity.

Not my bottom line, but certainnly my energy level. There are days when I've been in and out so much, all I can think about when I come home is to collapse.

We have perfect weather for looking at the available homes.

It has been hot but not like Phoenix. We accept hot weather in Oklahoma so it doesn't make a difference.

I wish I could say it was the weather but it's the oil bust in our parts that has cooled off the market Paul S. Henderson, CRS, REALTOR®, not the 100 degree heat.

If it had negatively impacted it and had been cooler I would have been working 24 hours a day instead of 12-14. It has been a robust market.

Not so far

June, July and August are always the hottest months of the year in Charleston, but they're also the peak of tourist season here.  We've been busy with a lot of showings as a result, and a lot of buyers wanting to get their ducks in a row before school starts.

Nah, it's just summertime.

I slowed down for the first couple of weeks of July and business is pretty busy right now, much busier than any average summer ever before

It is hot but people are moving in the state daily, so no.

It seems the temperature has not had any great effect on either our Florida, or California business

Our market is HOT whether the weather is or not.

It is affecting my lawn more than my business.

We had an extremely hot month( 100+) when no one wanted to step outside here in the S.F. Valley. Now it is much better, it is just 90 ish.

We've been experiencing a heat wave but right now with school starting in less than 3 weeks..many are taking off for a last minute vacation and buyers who made a decision to purchase are trying to close up and get settled before school starts!

I have a listing coming up no A.C.  It has been over 100 deg F on and off for too long. Global warming effect.
