I'd say either Xanax to deal with being in such a small space with another person (kidding) or wireless headphones for ipad/TV/etc.  There are going to be times they'll want to watch their own stuff and you can't do that in a tiny house!

Knowing they are likely "green" minded and buying a tiny house I think I would choose for them a small herb garden kit.  One that could be on a window sill or outside.  Tiny spaces need plants.

My last tiny house installed two storage sheds in the back yard with total SF larger than the house. Tuffy shed may be a way too expensive gift however, creating a collaboration with the local distributor may prove very beneficial in the future.
