You may have to either skip this one or do a preview and take your own photos.

Ah yes, 2005 a vintage year.

A sad story. There is no excuse for using out of date photographs.

 Were they stamped by the MLS, or by the camera?  Maybe the settings were off.

Did the verbage also say..."Will Go Fast"!

😯 Holy moly.

But, if it's in a desirable area, sometimes I love houses with stupid pictures because that gives me time to see if the house looks better and we can get an offer in before anybody else notices. Buyers will turn their nose up at homes that have stupid pictures.

....and using the same 2005 verbiage, "new kitchen!"

I guess you will be previewing that jewel.

Way to represent

The MLS can be a never-ending source of some amazing finds.  I noticed a home yesterday with a list date in 2014.   

I am surprised how little some agents care about the image they present.  

I just don't get how agents get away with this with their sellers. Then again, maybe the home looked better in 2005!

I think 2005 represents the best it ever was and would assume it is downhill from there. If you have time to preview it might be advisable or just scratch it off the list.

I'd be so tempted to call the listing agent and ask if it is okay to take pictures during a preview since you noticed the photos were twelve years old.  Who knows?  Of course, you could get there and the home could be in worse shape.  

Hmm, that's definitely one that needs a preview. I'm betting it looks a lot different.

It reads like that listing agent is trying to double-end that listing. Might be worthy of a preview?

I see so many photos that should get agents fired.

Why would you use old photo's

What I wonder is do these sellers even see the MLS sheet? I see old photos often, unacceptable.

Oftentimes, agents are lazy or cheap.  The agent who used twelve year old pictures seems to be both.  An overachiever in all the wrong ways.  

Did the Realtor use old photo's? If so that is a terrible Realtor I feel sorry for the clients. If it has been on the market for 12 years the Realtor should be updating the photo's long, long before 12 yrs.
