Your own if fed daily, watered and weeded lovingly like your garden. The bots syndicate it for you. Everytime your blog posts hit the target reaching   another market section of the audience. If you spend too much time on a zillion sites, spread too thin maintaining and primping them, the ROI interferes with the attention to boosting your own channel with fresh content process. Video channels wired right work well. Uploads of the render to Facebook direct, not just the You Tube link gets lots of traction for us due to the rural nature of being a ways up the pike to show and tell property listings in Maine.

I use ListingsToLeads for my listings.

Parked and reading - but I have noticed in my area Facebook is working the best, especially when posting in large groups.

You can purchase many websites.  Purchase one which provides for lead capture.

I don't put my eggs all in one basket. I get leads from multiple sources. AR, Realbird and my website produce the best result.

Listhub, but i can tell you most of your activity will come from the top 5 or 6 syndicated sites.

I like realbird.  If your MLS supports ListHub they can be alright too.

I am a fan of Realbird.  Best strategy is to have your own WordPress site with IDX integration.  SEO the pages.  Use AR for link back.  I promise you, if done correctly, and likely if only done partially correctly, the buyers will come!

That should be your personal website that allows MLS searches.

Look into ListHub for syndication, though your broker will have the majority of the control.

Our MLS has the ability to check or uncheck a box to include all major syndciation sites, Trulia, Zillow, Realtor etc. For me nothing beats posting my listing on Active Rain, then posting my blog links on other Social media sites like FB and twitter

Lots of answers here. My opinion: It is up to you and the amount of work you are willing to put into it. The desired result is a moving target controlled by the algorithms.

 The one that gets the most traffic for Fort Lauderdale homes for sale.

Your choices are: pay to get in front of their traffic or pay to create your own traffic by modeling their marketing.

Many on AR have taken the make your own traffic option.

To do it right, you can't just use one. Do them all & then see what works best for you.

Can't really say. I use RealBird and RE/MAX syndicates my listings to some 300 portals/engines.
