I use lots of photos - each photo has a caption which speaks to the "facts" as well as the sizzle as Michael Jacobs so eloquently stated.  "Perfect for a home office" is one example.  Photos are eye candy for buyers.  Descriptions help buyers by stimulating their own imagination for any given home.
