Yes, me, me and me... Even with the busy market, I complete 2 a day. The 1st of the month i can get a good boost. It has lead to a great deal of bank owned listings, even though over all bank listings are down, they give more listings to me for doing a good job on their bpos. These reo sales are often cash sales where they buy, fix and give it back to me again to sell. Cant loose and well worth the small extra time for a couple of bpos, Plus it is great getting a big bpo check every month

I just finished one for a bank that will give me the listing. I've done hundreds of them back in the day but I don't do them anymore as far as signing up for services and such. Only if I already have secured the listing.

I tell them my price - if they meet it, I do it otherwise not.

I just started taking REO listings so I am starting to do BPO's. It's a lot of input. 

I have never done BPO's and don't plan on doing any. I don't know any top agents who do them.... lots of work for very little money.

I believe that Scott Godzyk and a few others do.

There are a few agents in our market area doing them still. I am so glad I am not and wish I had stopped years earlier than I did.

No - I did them during the downturn and know that right now, I would not have time to do one in a month! They are very time-consuming to me and very little return for the time.

Sometimes. It allows me to get sharp with home valuation. I will not touch most of them unless they call me for a better fee. 

I do the commericals because they pay way higher. A few agents do it day in and out. They actually make a living out of it

We did back in '08 and got out of it when we realizd it had rapidly spun out of control and many of the BPO companies were scamming agents and not paying.
