No, I am too busy for a storm...

I have a very well built home and have weathered many windstorms.  I'm as ready as I'll ever be.  

OUt here it's one earthquake, fire, flood or riot away.  AKA the 4 seasons of california.

You bet, the heat is on with temps pushing 100 for the next few days.

I am prepared with a whole house generator.

I am ready with good insurance in place. That is all that is in my control.

Hurricanes are the challenge in Florida.  They knock out power for days, roads are blocked, stores are empty.   We always have non-perishable food, water, ammo, flashlights, fuel, etc. 

Glad I live in area that is not prone to earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fire or wind storms.  In the rare case of such disaster we are resilient & will survive.

I am very fortunate to live in an area that has very few 'disastrous' weather/events. So, preparation is not something that we even really think about!

Well, until we hear that we may get 1/2" (yes, that's INCH!) of snow and we all clear out the milk & bread shelves in the grocery stores! This is about as prepared as we get for inclement weather/disasters!

As ready as I can be

I'm as ready as I can get.

Not prepared enough.  

As ready as one can be.

Despite the fact I have never seen a tornado we do have a storm shelter. Just takes one.

I have been in a few tornados, other than having a basement there is not much to prepare for.

But mentally I am prepared to get up and move on from any of these situations.

I believe so, given my house, supplies, and insurance. One can never be 100% sure, right?  And with some disasters - earthquake, fires - it's beyond our control other than evacuating

No, Im praying that we should be ok here this year 

We stay ready. We have whole house generator, enough supplies for several days, and I know how to hunt if I need to.

Have to be prepared, you never know here in Denver, we could get a freak hail storm or a tornado.

Not sure about storm, but I'd love love love to get tons of rain in hot CA. 

Yes we are ready for the monsoon season in AZ.

Out here in the greatest state of California the only storms we are having are fire-storms. This is OUR fire season.

Sunny California .... no worries as of now.

Greater than 0% but not 100%  We do get "small" tornadoes but not frequently enough for a warning system to be deployed in our towns. 

I am glad we do not have the hurricane that my sister has in Florida.  Just big snow storms ones every ten years,

We endure violent storms daily here on the Florida Gulf Coast. Nothing new and no special preparations are necessary.

We don't experience wind storms in Dallas.

We are in fire season, our annual disaster in SoCal.

We don't really suffer from wind storms in my area.
