I won't pay for anything up front, if fact when a marketer calls the first this I ask is "do you need a credit card?"  If yes, I thank them for the call and then hang up.  I will pay upon a successful transaction much like when we refer a client to one and other.

The right answer should be related to the collateral you have created. Do your market reports contain relevant data and unique analysis that reflects on your client base? If so, use that collateral coupled with a more concise CTA.

What service, product or expertise do you represent to your audience that does not sound like "What's your home worth?" Let me assume you identified your "30 Day Guarantee" as your delineating message. That is your signal to buy FaceBook space.

Or perhaps you have a collaborating lender who has special resources to  finance buyers not W2 based. That is your signal to purchase Adwords from Google.

Perhaps you have none of these and in search for a USP from which you can create a marketing campaign. Then we should talk.

A car like Barbara Todaro . Why? Because I'm already spending so darn much money on annual fees including 3 MLSs, 2 associations in two states, continuing education, brick and mortar office and all its costs, advertising here and there, plus having everybody and his brother trying to get more money out of me for stuff that I'm already doing. So I want a new car, one with a nice leather "new" smell, with a great sound system, and good mileage for when I drive up and down the California coast. Why? Because it will mellow me out. Sorry, it's been a VERY hectic real estate day.
