Taking a day off! Whew!

Boht... wish I could take a full day off... been going strong in my office since 5:30 this morning.

Doing a CMA for a client. But taking the rest of the day off. Thinking on how blessed I'm to be in this beautiful Country ... Proud American  Happy 4th!

There is no disputing it is a holiday today 

I am working from home today - pulling data for June market reports and spending a few hours modifying my plans for the second half of the year. 

I took Saturday off - spent the day with Althea Kippes, Esq. at Half Moon Bay. We had a great day.  The power of the Rain ... meeting wonderful people who become friends. 

I find that typically it is an off day.

I may go inspect a rental that just came open yesterday and I'll check email, but that's it!

Holiday for us

Holiday. Will do a bit of work but all from home, no face to face with clients. Then afternoon off. -Kasey

Some off with a little bit of work.

Had a client home inspection yesterday afternoon. Have a report and request for repairs to absolutely prepare today.

It was suppose to be a holiday but I worked most the day.

It was a regular day for me but no clients. I'm so glad these holidays are over, we have pupping fireworks for last two weeks. 

I did run out for a buyer to look at the direction a home faced, but very quiet day.  

Did some work (took photos of a parade for a marketing piece) and took an agent's call to schedule a showing of one of my listings.

I took a holiday although i did field a couple of calls and a good number if email inquiries. Monday though was a full day and mad house. Today will be off to a busy start with 4 showings on 4 different listings right off the bat

It's a holiday for me. (Though, I do a little work.)

Not a real Holiday, but a day of celebration for most.

Attended a client's housewarming party and got a couple of referrals followed by saying 'Hi' to a recent client - and received one more!

both... at the office, worked with a couple of buyers, answered some on line inquires and headed home to fire up the grill.  No fireworks... will stay home and try and keep the puppies calmed.

Alan, I spent the bulk of the last three days working with out of state buyers.  Offer submitted, now just trying to satisfy a FSBO seller and get her to sign off.  Today just a couple of real estate emails to do and other than that I'm spending my "off" time sweating my rear off working in the yard.  Lawn mowing completed already, some weeding in the flower garden done but a LOT more territory left to do.  And tomorrow, back to the usual two job life.  When's the next four day weekend??? :)  Bill

 Relaxing at home today.  Barbecue coming up soon.  Fireworks at the beach tonight; we will sit in lawn chairs in the front yard to watch them.

Hi Alan!  I have been dealing nearly all morning with one client - in the end, they decided against the house - after I got contractors and other agents involved in the conversation!  SO, a partial work day - I'm heading to the lake though!  Hope you're doing something fun for the day!
