Still procrastinating on reading that book Anna.  Maybe you can summarize the chapter for us chronic procrastinators.

Yes, I remember all Dr. Dyer's books. We recently lost him, sadly.

I am erratic - I will dig right in and stage everything . . . then it goes into a schedule and I touch it again when it's time to.

I've never read that book but I usually get the job done.  But because I'm a perfectionist like Nina Hollander I obsess over it and it is never done, done until the due date when I can no longer work on it.  John gets it done immediately and once completed he never looks back. -Kasey 

I do better with business goals than personal goals.

Both... because deep down I'm a perfectionist I sometimes procrastinate because I want to avoid something not being perfect right out of the gate.

Yes, we remember Wayne Dyer, and his first book. I enjoyed his talks both on PBS and in another venue.  What I remember is that he used to meditate under a waterfall near his home in Maui.

Do we procrastinate?  We just get the most important stuff done first and put off the little stuff for later.  A

I dig in and make it happen kind of person.

I do tend to procrastinate, as most people do. But when it needs to be done, I pull myself together and make it happen. Usually I make it happen on time. 

I am not a procrastinator. I am a planner and kike to set aside time to complete a project, sooner than later.

I'm not a back-burner person at all - get it done, done to perfection and off my plate!  I think it's the military upbringing that made me this way...

Same mentality - if you're not 15 minutes early, you're late!!

I have been known to suffer from inertia from time to time -- I really need to do something about it...maybe tomorrow.  

I remember the book and it is a good one. I don't procrastinate but I have builders that do and it drives me crazy.

No hesitation, get it done

Depends on the coffee, but growing up on a farm, have no trouble jumping in and getting it done. Like to stay caught up and have projects on all the burners being developed.

Though I make it a point to finish it before the deadline if any..

I have no problem getting the projects, I feel are important, done. If important...will stay up til it's finished. I am much more productive when multi tasking.

I tend to procrastinate on tasks I do not like, then I tend to hire someone to do it.

Hi Anna-I was a terible procrastinator in school as well-everything including studying was the very last minute. I turned that bad habit into a full blast rocket to the moon mission! 

Nothing more annoying than having a "to do" list on yellowing paper ! :)

I procrastinate with taxes... I get everything else done

Alas, the former. It's very good for all the minor projects, they tend to get done as I'm avoiding the big one.

Not familiar with the book, but term papers were often typed the night before, or all night. Should definitely look up the book.

Anna Banana Kruchten, CRS Important projects go to the top of the list and get done as soon as possible. I learned if I wait to the last minute something else always comes up and interferes. I also read Wayne Dwyer's book.

Sometimes I do Miss Anna Banana Kruchten, CRS  - thankfully, not often.  I tend to be a get-r-done kind of gal. Yes, I remember the book  - I believe that was among his first books. May Mr. Dwyer rest in peace. 

I'm the worst procrastinator. I start lots of things but rarely finish.

It depends, the honey do list I have to be in the mood. Then there are things that I sleep better if I take then on and get them done.

I tend to dig in. If I don't the project always seems much bigger than it really is!

I love getting things done, i hate thinking that there are tasks or duties not completed

I do not procrastinate
