You must follow your state real estate laws on this subject. Facebook does not want you promoting your business on your personal page so that means you need a business page. Violators can be taken down.

Here is what we know with certainty....
A question containing the word LEGAL must be deferred to an attorney otherwise a responder could be guilty of practicing law.
So, reword your question and the responses will be more liberal.

What Ken Jones said.
In Florida, you must put the Brokerage info wherever there is a "point of contact" in a website, social media post, etc.
Also, to comply with Facebook, you have to set up a Business Page. They will remove it from your Personal Page.
Fair Housing Logo is optional.

You may want to check with your local real estate commission.

Follow the rules in your state and do not post listings on your Facebook timeline. Post them at you Facebook page or group.

Legal compliance posting anything on the web is often dictated by your state's real estate commission. And not being an attorney, I won't opine on any legal questions ever.

This is state specific - I'd call your broker and/or your state commission. We've been discussing these issues a lot in my state and our local board. Social media and the internet has made all of these advertising laws very messy. -Kasey

Your broker will know this better than any of us will since every state is different.

It varies by state. Out here in CA we have a set of regs we are supposed to follow. In most cases the three you listed are not required, unless you are a team in which case #1 is.
#2 sounds like something that is strictly a broker requirement.
I've never heard of the fair housing logo being required on anything. Sounds like a broker/company requirement.
Follow your state laws and Facebook's rules for real estate ads (basically, don't discriminate).

I think it's a state issue and your Bureau of Real Estate determines what is required. I've never had a problem posting a listing to Facebook and I don't do any of that except include my name & lic #

Technically you have to qualify in every state in which it is seen, meaning all! If you follow Ken Jones advice you will most likely escape trouble.

Dante Lee Online advertising requirements probably vary from State-to-State. Here are my State's requirements.
Online advertisements must include the agent's licensed name, the name of firm, the city and state where the license is located (the office they report to rather than the main office) and the jurisdiction(s) where the agent holds a license.

There are social media requirements you should ask you real estate commission and board about including using team names in relationship to size of the brokerage identity.

It depends. Your broker decides no matter what the laws say. Usually all ads have certain information that must appear in all advertising, or sometimes it can be 1 link away.

Using a business page to brand ourselve as part of a brokerage we have to have IABS and TREC form pinned to top. Brokers name / logo / adress has to be on the page. Need to check Laws in your area and discuss with your broker. This is one of my pages.

In California we have to post our CalBRE (California Bureau of Real Estate) Salesperson number in the ad - otherwise it's considered a blind ad and that's not acceptable.
