You received some good ideas here. Try marketing your solds to those neighborhoods via postcards, as well.

Ginger, I hope you get some good suggestion that we can all use here.

Once a listing sells, send Just Sold postcards to every homeowner in the area. That usually works for me.

As a starter, I would do what I am not currently doing or repeat what has responsed well in the past and of course, all of this depneds in your specific area as things can slow down at times.
