We check our voice mail when our phones alerts us.  We don't let it get to that point.  A

 I do not get a notice from my phone, but typically someone's nice enough to warn me via text when my mailbox is full and that seriously can happen in one day, some of the days I have  😅

If my mailbox got full it would mean I died....

 My assistant checks my voice mail when I am too busy.

I get a notice showing the percentage it is full. I try to clean out every few days but it fills up fast. 

I check and clear my voicemail regularly to avoid having a full voicemail.

I don't even know what 'full' is. I've been backed up maybe 7 or 8 messages, nothing more than that.

I always go through my messages and deleted old ones.  However, having said that, there were times when I called agents and their mailboxes were full.

That's happening a lot, so I text them. PS. And thanks for the reminder;  just in case, I deleted all my old messages.

Did you call me Joan?  I actually don't receive notice because my voicemails convert to text and I can just read or play them, so don't actually know when it's full. I generally know how many I can have in it before it is full so I clear it out, but it also depends on length and size of vm's too. -Kasey

I do get a message when my voicemail box is over 90% full.  I do try to clear things out on a regular basis so that "full" never happens since I know how crazy it makes me to be on the receiving end of not being able to leave a message.

It's interesting that you said that. I called an agent today and got the same message.  I delete my voice mails periodically.

Not sure if I get a notice for a full mailbox. Never let it get that many.  

I do not receive notice, but I also make sure I respond quickly to my voice mail messages and delete these when I answer.

Mine all go to Google Voice, and never get full.

I suspect these are the same agents who do not communicate well. Some only have one agenda to double end deals by not processing your offer.  Some like office phone I can understand they do not go there often enough..... I ask the receptionist where the agents spend time the most.... eMail or tex. Sometimes I stop at the office finding agents are will not pick up their phone.

I don't receive notification.  That would be a great feature.   

I do, and always make sure it is not even close. The phone and voice mails can be a life line of future business.

simply doesn't happen to me.  I keep them cleared out.  I generally send the file to myself for storage, but don't leave it on my phone.

It happens. I usually just send text and/or email when a mailbox is full.

No because my voicemail box is NEVER full because I always get my messages and empty it!

I always have enough space to receive messages

That drives me nuts, hope some of those calls are from their clients.

I'm sorry, those agents need to leave the business. I remember in our office one agent brought the entire VM system down because they never listened to 4000+ messages.

I have a service that converts phone messages to texts or directs people that need immediate assistance to an assistant.  SO, mine never fills up!

Yes, absolutely!  Thank goodness or I would be one of those agents you called today.

I don't know how to do this, or if it's possible, but I don't ever let my mailbox get full.

I'm embarrassed to admit that my mailbox was full last week and I had no idea.

If your VM is full you are OUT OF BUSINESS! My business partner does this ALL the time. And her phone number is on our signs! Infuriates the heck out of me!

Mine is never full, I listen, return calls if necessary and delete them fast. 

I have over 1,000 voicemails.  Google transcription and the ability to play a downloaded copy means I never have to go into my voicemail.

I have never received a Notice, and no one has ever gotten ahold of me and mentioned that my Mailbox was full, so I'm thinking that has not been the case for me, Joan Cox.  If it was, I would sure like to know!  I'm wondering if people do not listen to all of their messages, or do listen, and just don't delete them.  No way to leave a message, if they do not answer their phone though.   

I would never allow my mailbox to be full. Our office provides email alerts of messages.

The way I see it ... things happen.  I cannot recall my voice mail box ever being full.

Be aware, when cell service capacity of the area is exceeded, the carriers start playing tricks. Conserving bandwidth by preventing the ability to leave a message is transparent to the subscriber and causes the user to believe the faults lies in the person called.

Other tricks are sending direct to voice mail when heavy load present.

And of course the ever popular dropped call. Usually immediately after answering.

And in all of these the consumers blame each other.

Now, there ARE those citizens who fail to undersand the purpose of voice mail. These citizen believe, "If it is important they will call again."
