I had it 3 years with a particular company & no one ever searched so I dumped it. It was very nominal like 9.00 per month.

I looked at it, and decided against it. I'm already invested into a web IDX system.

Did not know they had one, will have to explore this.

Yes, Thomas J. Nelson, Realtor, CRS - HomeASAP is who I use and it does get 'hits' on it. (My page is linked there).

The problem that I'm having is that buyers sign up on 2 or even 3 different sites of mine and I used to be good at going back and noting the primary source but, the market is so crazy, busy right now, I just can't!  

It's dirt cheap and gives a search option on my FB business page and that's all I can tell you at the moment!

Looked at it, but have not tried it, as I never saw the need. Users can use my iHomefinder search from my FB biz page but most of the stuff I post funnels them back to my main site anyway where they have numerous IDX options.

Sadly I am not....but I really need to take the time to figure it out. Thanks for the reminder.

I've heard there was little/no benefit to it. I personally don't spend much effort marketing through facebook.

I am not using IDX on my business page. Why not just link to the IDX on your website?

I never heard of it.  I usually drive people from Facebook back to my website.  

I use static photos on Facebook that link back to my real estate website and it seems to work pretty well.  You can really narrow down your demorgraphic with Facebook which is really nice also.

I just link to my website and I do get some facebook leads from it.  I don't know much about Facebook's IDX plugin, but I want the traffic at my site so they register and I can capture them.  I have a search widget on the home page of my AR profile though, it's my website as well. Is that what Facebook does or is it an entirely different?  I really don't use facebook for marketing all that aggressively, I even deactivated my personal page, so I just occasionally post blogs, listings and market reports to my business FB page.  I kind of hate facebook... -Kasey
