I can honestly say I usually can see both sides of a situation or issue, and could debate either side, even if I personally lean towards one.  I almost always have an 'opinion', though do think I'm a reasonable person Richie Alan Naggar.  I do not know if others think that I am.  And, yes, I can overthink a situation too!  HA!

Most people know I'm the type to see both sides of an argument.  I hope that speaks to some measure of reasonableness.

Define reasonable!  Yes I would consider myself reasonable. Pretty sure most would think so as well....but I'm sure there are some that wouldn't as we just don't have much in common or see life the same way.

The reality is, most folks would have no opinion and are unaware who was steering the ship when they made their decisons. I simply engage them in the conversation they are having with themselves and they find they had their answer all alon.

Yes I would consider myself that. In this business it is hard to find other 'reasonable' compadres. There are too many agents that spew garbage that really doesn't help consumers or help them get better at their job.

My friends and those that know me consider me reasonable.

When I fight for the best interest of my client, I have no doubt that the listing agent thinks I am unreasonable...why should I care?

Yes I consider myself reasonable-I think tenants or employees who had to pay rent or actually work for their checks might not agree though. Its all perception.

Yes.  For most others ... yes.  For some, no because I won't tolerate mediocrity or allowing others not to be held accountable or do their jobs. I will poke the bear and some people don't like it ... they way to lay in their cave and sleep.
