Annette Lawrence , Palm Harbor, FL 727-420-4041, If someone signs up on one of my searches and doesn't come back for 24 hours, my system sends out ONE text from a 'masked' number (with my same area code) asking, "Is there anything that I can do to help you tweak your home search?" with my name and company name.  

Their response comes back to my email and you would be surprised at how many responses I get with that one simple text. I've never once had someone ask me to stop spamming them - they don't see it as a spam receiving only one text...and it's a question to them that they are typically happy to answer.

What do you mean by text delivery for marketing?  We have a text for more information number on our listings.  I don't spam mobile numbers, but I will use them to contact leads when they provide a mobile number.  Are you talking about broadcast texting?

Depends on your idea of marketing? I have all my sellers texted for showings & they join ShowingTime to see collectively what is going on with their house. I text them also back & forth obviously.

I do not send out texts instead of emails.

I have it through RealBird, but have been having problems with it.

Sort of Annette Lawrence , Palm Harbor, FL 727-420-4041.  We have the ability to do something similar to what Debe Maxwell, CRS does.  We have a procedure on how we follow up with those that register on our website, and part of that process does include a couple of texts.  We've never "cold texted" however, just follow up to website leads who have registered. Sometimes they respond to texts when they otherwise don't answer their phone or respond to emails. -Kasey

I have a text delivery service, KWKLY with text riders on my listing signs. It works.
