We agents are required to abide by all laws, local, state and federal and licensing laws as well. 

The ones for which you can be fined, lose your license or go to prison for violating.  That would be ALL of them!

All of them.  Our state prints out a new Idaho Real Estate Law book each year with any changes made and we receive a copy.   Agents should read through it every year to keep up with changes to the law and to refresh on unchanged laws. -Kasey

In the books of law in my slice of Florida paradise, it is forbidden for the unmarried cohabitate with the other gender.
