I always had my own "checklist" and made it a routine that was carved in stone....nothing written to "check off'....

Checkvist is one I've used in the past. Google Keep is another one. Nestor & Katerina Gasset (Katerina) uses a third that she recommended on a webinar recently (but the name of it escapes me at the moment). If you can find a hosted sharepoint server somewhere, that would be reachable by the team, outside people and the clients.
If you have ZipForms they also have "ZipTMS" which is a transaction management system. I've never touched it

Thanks for all the great feedback! To many of you, I have a number of detailed PAPER checklists already. What I find cumbersome is passing the paper back and forth to my assistant. Also, hard to stay updated if assisant working remotley. Thus the need for an online system. Also for thse with a great memory, I have found witha certan amount of transactions things get confusing and missed to a checklist is needed. Also it help my have a consistant process while refining it as I go. I want the list AND a desriptions so I can included detailed instruction for staff on each item. So far Reesio and Lion Deck are options. Paperless Pipeline is ok but not as up to date and skyslope is oriented to brokerage management. Like EZ corrdinator but very out of dte interface and not way to contact them. Looks like it was abandoned a few years ago.

Sorry, but I don't use any of these. I don't do stuff like this on-line. I can do it faster on paper.

What did you decide for your system? I see you posted a few comments about LionDesk being your top contender. I am thinking about trying it, in process of doing my research, which is how I found this post.

Our Brokerage uses Skyslope, but I find the checklist I created in Evernote not only resides on my computer, laptop, tablet & phone, but can be shared with my team and changed and updated at will and on the fly. It definitely works for me and might be worthwhile looking into.

I created our own and added them to Trello. I use Trello for nearly everything that needs a system, a project management system, a checklist, etc.

I too have checklists on paper, but with many years in the business, know what needs to be uploaded into the digital file.

Tom Schroth - DotLoop has built-in transaction coordination (or at least we have documents and reminders for the same.)

I have heard good things about Brivity, but it is expensive.
I use Mindjet for my task lists.
