Excel spread sheet and iPhione notes. I only work with those who are ready.
Unless you have a team and tons of leads sharing with other agents, I do not mess around with hard to catch me people.

Whatever works best for you. I feel many on the market are far more complicated and loaded up with things that are not needed. I use Outlook with a combination of other systems I have created ... and it works beautifully for me. I like to keep things simple.

So many to choose from. Pick one that works for you. If you don't intend to use all the bells and whistles, choose a simple one!

I'll be honest...I've never used one .... another "old school" thing.... people remember you when you market in "killer mode".... when the deals you do close with no problems and if there are problems, you make them go away, people remember you and call you... I was always too busy with new construction subdivisions for contacting past clients... list, sell, rinse and repeat.... no follow up with the old....

We are Mac users. Nestor loves daylite for mac. He swears by it. He says that no matter what we use in the cloud, we have to have a hard back up on our computers and on an external hard drive.
We use Market Leader for online leads and for mass emial and mailings, They do print too.
Many agents like RealtyJuggler. It is the price for a year of what ML is for a month.
Stay away from Top Producer.

Just as the answer to what time is best in the day for a person to work out is whatever time you will do it, the best CRM is the one you find you can and will use.

GoodCRM.com would be my first option. (fictitious)
Seriously though, the issue you are going to face is do you want your business to conform to your CRM or do you want a CRM that supports your business growth plans?
Be aware the greatest cost of a CRM is in the validation, configuring, implementation, training that is required. Too often, after this enormous investment, an agent will stick with the UGLY duck, like Top Producer, so avoid the hassle of discard, wash, rinse and repeat. (Top Producer is an 'exceptions' based product with a learning curve that stretches beyond the horizon)
Where will your business be in 2020 or 2025? I hope you will see significant marketing change from the tradition of drip campaigns and landing pages.
IF you do see a change in your future, SurgarCRM is worth looking into. Offers features like the 800 LB gorrilla, SalesForce, without the price tag.
IF you see your business as not changing, basically traditional to year 2000 practices, WiseAgent would be a great product.
Don't forget, Ben has a CRM he would like for you to subscribe to also.

As others have said, the one you will use is the best, or even a system you create yourself perhaps. There are lots of them out there with similar functionality. I like Wise Agent and have heard good things about Realty Juggler, as well a IXact
