Slower start than last year due to January and February pretty much snowing in the entire valley. But spring has come. We are still closing several homes a month, even with weather issues but last year first quarter was a bit better. We can tell from the activity and offers on our listings that buyers are out looking more than they were the first couple of months of the year. -Kasey
