It's a good life!

It has been a very busy first quarter and the second quarter looks good too. I am happy with the results though it is tough keeping listings as they sell so quickly.

Just like I planned!

 Excellent on all counts.

Busy after a slower start due to crazy winter weather and lots of snow.

Fantastic and it would be hard to be better.

No complaints.

As anticipated so far!

There are some delays I did not count on, but it is still better than last year. 

Twenty-seventeen started off a little slowly... but it quickly caught up, and outstripped expectations.

No time for sleep.

Market is challenging for sure.  Low inventory and very high demand. Life is Good. I'm alive. I'm healthy. I'm happy.

we're listing agents, and listings are tough to find... we are doing better than we expected to do.... two subdivisions coming and new listings land when others are under agreement.... we've been fortunate....others are struggling...

 2017 is unfolding very nicely, and should see another great year.

It has been a great year.

I am about to hit my annual sales quota and it's not even May LOL - so thank you President Trump!!!!

Slower start than last year due to January and February pretty much snowing in the entire valley.  But spring has come.  We are still closing several homes a month, even with weather issues but last year first quarter was a bit better.  We can tell from the activity and offers on our listings that buyers are out looking more than they were the first couple of months of the year.  -Kasey

I has an incredible start to 2017 but we have not seen a spring boom. Warm winter kept buyers buying so there has been no rush. I am seeing an increase in listings though as school winds down, parents are planning on selling with late June closings
