Time management

People. People are what I love about my business and also what drives me bat-crap crazy. Good people doing the right thing ... attraction like a magnet. Not so good people doing the not so right thing ... deceiving and being dishonest ... it is not only hard ... I want nothing to do with them. Sometimes we have to deal with them. 

Staying on the top of all the changes in the industry, which seem to be moving at the speed of light these days.

Convincing all parties that all can be winners

Dealing with agents who operate on what they "think" or "feel" without being educated aout the facts.

Understanding what people are really saying.

I think dealing with all the personalities - agents and clients!  

Need a extra 3 hours a day in the work day.

Time management - I master it and then somehow I manage to get off-track every other quarter!  I drive myself crazy with that!

The biggest challange for me is also the reason I live and work in a small town. Very tight knit community. Everyone knows everyone. Coming from another state, even though there are deep family roots  here, you are an outsider. Striving each day to prove that I am worthy of their business. But I am loving the workout!

Actually it is not hard but does have its challenges when working with difficult clients or low inventory.

Not enough hours in the day

Dealing with agents who lie, cheat and steal.  Filing a complaint with the state on one later today.

Learning to navigate through the diffrent personalities plagues businesses

if you love what you do, the challenging parts of the business will not make you flinch!!!

The hardest part for me is stepping away for some "me" time.  

Nothing is hard to me. I love my profession and owning my own company.

So much of what being a real estate agent is, is about what is done to us. Writing and reading poetry is the therapy that keeps us going with the right mind, heart and spirit. Some agents do not have the right heart, mind and spirit.

We love what we do, and honestly we don't have any "hard or hardest" parts in our business.  Whatever comes up, we welcome the new learning curve that it brings.  A

Life and business would be simpler without govt intrusion.

I would say figuring out what activities are most productive in gaining name recognition. One can easily throw all their dollars away on advertising and just as easily waste all their time on social media with out gaining the desired results. Figure out quick what works for you and save some time and money to live on.
