Hi Jeff... after so many years things are so ingrained in my mind, I don't use checklists very much. I just go into auto-pilot.

I get lined notebooks and put all my miscellaneous notes in there, who calls, what I do. It's not formal, but I can go back to 2009 and find out what I've done every day since then. My checklist for each day is in there, and I can go back easily and see what I've done when. No "post its" all over or scribbled notes. Also good in case you ever have to prove what you did when for a client; it's recommended when you take your real estate license.

Used too. Big clipboard with a list of daily to do's did it for me scratching them off as I went. What didn't get done got carried over. Today, I have simplified so well that I don't need a list. I also use Suri for reminders

Yes, we keep it in our Brivity CRM and work from there - we are reminded when a task comes due...depending upon whose task it is, they get the reminder.

Yes we do Jeff - have had check lists for years. Much easier to keep track of stuff and nothing is forgot. So important in any business.

I have a check list for buyers and sellers. Each with a different set of tasks. It does help during the process. 

I don't have a one-size-fits all - but depending upon the client or circumstances, I may create a check list to help keep everyone organized.

I do the marketing for the team and I DO have a checklist for every listing.... I make sure I don't miss a step.... both online and offline tasks the day the listing goes active in MLS....

 I use list and checklists for everything.  I don't count on my memory for anything.  I have an app on my phone and can make as many lists as I want. Now that I'm retired, I use it quite differently but I love it.

For listings I use checklists to make sure I did all that needs to be done, down to the smallest detail.

Jeff Dowler Once we are in contract, I make a list of milestones and assign a task with responsibility to either the Buyer or Seller. Then check them off as the tasks are completed.

And 90% of agents on the other side respond as though checklists are a foreign language. I can only imaging the anarchy that reigns in their kingdom and of course their willingness to blame others.
