We apply those yellow stickies to the state provided standard contract that indicates "write here' or 'sign here."
And when the client turns to page 4, 5 and 6 (no yellow stickies) which are a complete waterfall of words, and asks, "What's this about?" that is when the role becomes more apparent.
What is the 'effective date' and how 'contingency period' is measured tend to add a little more dimension to the role the agent plays.
I could go on all day, but I'll smile at the yellow sticky analogy, if that is what you want to believe.
