My next renewal is 45 hours.  We have to be in possession of the materials for 5 days and then we can only test 15 hours of coursework per day after that.  It's an eight day process assuming you pass.  Failure is not an option. 

I don't know but I take the course, pass & here I am today.

     14 hours every two years; online or in a classroom.  Throw in a $72 tip to the Florida Real Estate Commission and you are good to go!

30 hours every two years. And one class which usually is for 3 hours is legal update.

I am grandfathered on all education hours except the NAR Ethics every 2 years. I still get between 20-30 or more each year. This year I have over 15 already. We never need to stop learning and improving.

We need 18 hours every 2 years.  Legal 1 and legal 2 are required, and make up 8 hours.  If you supervise other agents you are required to take a broker responsibility course.

20 hours every 2 years but it's going to increase soon.

We need 24 hours in a 3 year period, of which one mandatory class of 4 hours needs to be taken.

Ours is a 3-year cycle with 40 hours for an agent and 48 hours for a Responsible Broker.

30 hours every 3 years in Ohio

45 hours I believe in CA. And now CAR offers them in bulk for free. I signed up even my renewal in 2 years from now:)

For Real Estate it is 6 classes every two years, not sure on the hours.

For Forestry it is 10 hours per year.

We get well over the minimum so dont pay much attention until it is time to tally them up and report them to the state.

Good question. I think we need 12 hours of CE. I usually end up with extra every year. 

Our regulatory body changed the rules a few years ago.  We are now required to take specific online courses through the regulator every two year renewal cycle.  How long the courses take depends on how quickly you can process the information, answer the tests etc.
