Libral governors trying to take water from those who have extra and give it to those who do not. We do not have those issues of water shaes here in NH. I have read about CA and teh balance between farms and communities.

We live in an area with water rights. They come to certain properties based on infrastructure built years and years ago to provide water to a desert. The infrastructure is in federal and state owned land and they do dictate how the water is delegated.
