Yes. 99% of my clients are respectful.  Realtors do not respect them, out of their own issues. But, I just ignore them.

You can reach me on AR & Facebook for social after hours. But you can't reach me by phone or email after my last appointment Saturdays, 7PM weekdays, day off- Sundays nor when I'm on vacation. I shut my phone off and avoid email when online.

But MORE IMPORTANTLY, I do.

I teach my clients my hours two ways. Meeting One. And then never deviating from those hours or they know it's B.S. and why respect them?

For the most part, yes, but, of course, there are notable exceptions.

I work 24 7 so I don't have a problem taking calls when I am working.

I am up front with all clients and customers on my work hours. To a point, it works for me. I do not get many calls or text after 7 PM. If I do, I will not answer.

Most of them yes. I always go over my hours when i am hired. When i am available by phone, when i can show homes and how email can work in off hours. Every now and then you get 1 client that gets so focused on buying or selling, time does not matter to them.

No but I'm not a big stickler on the time a person calls. Typically in the morning I like to get a lot done before I get any calls, so I just don't turn on my phone until 8am. And I turn it off in the evening when I go to sleep. And I don't answer between 7 and 7:30pm when Jeopardy is on.

Most of them do, thankfully.  New contacts/prospects are all over the board.

Yes they are very respectful and rarely call after 8 unless we have an open negotation going on and then I welcome it.

Most will if you let them know when you are available to help them.

Yes, they do. It's rare to get a call at a late hour unless we are in negotiations, and many email or text.

No not really, they think we are continuously open 24/7 like Walmart.

I believe they do.  I met with a potential new client last night. I told them I generally "shut down" by 8pm however I am up early and will respond first thing the next day.  They were okay with that.

Most of the time yes they do, I do have a few that think when ever they feel the need to get intouch with me they will try.

My clients can call me any time. They know I don't mind them calling in the evenings when they have time or are in a different time zone. If I'm busy like at a meeting, restaurant, movie or theater and my phone is on silent, I'll text them to let them know I'll call them later. Just takes a second and they know I'm there for them. That's just the way I've set up my life.

Yes they do! I offer some extended hours but there is a limit!

Most of the time - sometimes they call later expecting to leave  a msg but if I recognize the number I pick up anyway

I don't post actual hours of operation but most have had common sense & don't phone me after 9 or 10 at night. I don't mind early calls because I am up early. Email is different. People email me around the clock & I'll even respond to a late email or text, people really appreciate it.

For the most part.  For east coast buyers, sometimes they forget there is a two hour difference, and cannot figure out why I won't answer my phone at 6 am!

Most do. But if someone has a tantrum in the middle of the night, I'd rather address the situation promptly( in a very kind gentle way) than let the person to cook the whole night in it and cancel or destroy everything first thing in the morning.

Just few days ago I had a bunch of texts from my nervous sellers, I send them few texts back and it made them feel better. It is very rare, though.

No, I don't ask them to and advise my hours of operation are whenever I'm available.  I'm sure to take personal time, but if I'm available at 11pm on a WEdnesday I don't mind people calling/emailing.

My flexibility and availability are one of my clients and partners favorite thing about me --- just last week I answered the phone for a Realtor on a Saturday night and the first thing they said was "I can't believe you answered!"
