I don't think our MLS allows that.... but maybe I'm misunderstanding what you're referencing..... our MLS will kick out a photo with our for sale sign in the photo!!!!! I'm sure they don't allow links to any posts...

Jeff, I don't do that in MLS (we are not permitted to use branded material in MLS - and any neighborhood links would obviously have my branding [my site]).

But, yes, I do add links to neighborhood information in other marketing that I do.  And, in MLS, I add neighborhood CC&Rs, Rules & Regulations for specific condo Boards, floorplan, survey, etc.  The public can't access the pdfs in MLS though - only other agents.

Haven't done that and not sure if the MLS wants that in the supplemental forms but if it works then go for it.

I have used Nextdoor.com Classifieds for my rentals or if I have a local home for sale in UTC.

     Our MLS won't allow links in the Public Remarks (thanks a lot, NAR).  You can put them in the Associated Documents that only other MLS members can see.

Those community posts boost our seo, and bring people to our blog to be advertised to.

I haven't ever included community posts in the MLS for my listings, but I have included a link to the community in the Realtor remarks if it also includes the HOA docs.

We also cannot add branded in the MLS but I add community posts to my to my websites and have a great following because I've added my blog to my websites.

Branded marketing is not permitted by our local MLS.

I have not done that Jeff.  We can attached documents however they are only available to other agents ... not consumers.  I can include whatever I want in my disclosure package.

No.  My market/community blogs are their own entity.  I do not use them in my marketing.  I don't put anything except photos in the MLS.  For anything else they have to go to my site.

We are not allowed to include any "marketing" links. If it were strictly about the community with links to community resources (chamber of commerce, job center, etc.) then it would probably pass the test.

We have an option to post supplemental documents, but this feature is for agents only. I've never seen anything but transaction related documents and forms  in there.
